Welcome to the Carol Fraser - Natural Medicine Gratitude Points program! I'm delighted to offer our clients an easy way to earn points and redeem them for cash or credit towards future purchases.

Here's how it works:

For every £1 you spend in our Clinic Shop, you'll earn a minimum of 10 Gratitude Points.

That means if you spend £10 on natural skincare, you'll earn at least 100 points. You can use these points as credit on your next purchase without any minimum threshold.

But that's not all - you can also earn Gratitude Points by leaving a review of our products (500 points) or registering as a member of our shop (300 points). Plus, we may manually award points for valuable contributions to our business or for referring new clients.

Our Gratitude Points program is designed to benefit you, our valued client. By earning points on every purchase, you can save money on future purchases or even get cash back.

You can redeem your Gratitude Points for cash during our payout periods, which are held twice a year, once in June and once in December.

The first payout will be held in December 2023.

Terms and Conditions

1. Gratitude Points can be redeemed for credit towards future purchases or for cash payouts during our designated payout periods.

2. Customers must have a working PayPal account in order to receive cash payouts.

3. Customers can redeem Gratitude Points for credit on their next purchase without any minimum threshold.

4. Shipping costs and fees does not contribute towards the Gratitude Points program.

5. Customers can start redeeming their Gratitude Points for cash during the payout periods, which are held twice a year, once in June and once in December. The first payout will be held in December 2023.

6. The total amount of cash that can be redeemed in one transaction is currently capped at £100.

7. Carol Fraser Natural Medicine reserves the right to withhold or stagger payments of cash rewards if the total cash rewards earned by a customer exceed £100 in a year.

8. The first cash pay-out will be limited to a maximum of £5000 across all customers.

9. Carol Fraser Natural Medicine reserves the right to delay or adjust cash pay-outs if the company's finances cannot accommodate the demand.

10. Carol Fraser Natural Medicine will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by customers as a result of the rewards program's operation, except to the extent required by law.

11. Points earned from referrals and other manual means are subject to verification by Carol Fraser Natural Medicine before they can be redeemed.

12. Unused Gratitude Points will expire after 18 months.

13. Gratitude Points are not transferable, and customers cannot combine their points with another customer's points.

14. Carol Fraser Natural Medicine reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the points system at any time and without notice.

15. Memberships are non-refundable, and members cannot accrue points on membership fees.

16. Carol Fraser Natural Medicine may, at its discretion, adjust the points awarded for purchases, reviews, and sign-ups based on product availability or other factors that affect the company's ability to fulfil the rewards program's terms and conditions.

17. Carol Fraser Natural Medicine will not be responsible for any loss of points or rewards due to technical errors or system downtime.

18. Carol Fraser Natural Medicine reserves the right to terminate a customer's membership and invalidate any points earned if the customer violates the program's terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, or participates in behaviour that is harmful to our brand or business model.

19. You must be logged into your account before you make a purchase to ensure that any earned points are attributed to you.
